Position OverviewAs the Administrative MLC Lead, you will be at the heart of the Meadows Learning Center’s operational success. This role supports our team of instructors and supervisors by managing key administrative functions including payroll processing, timesheet accuracy, scheduling updates, and data reporting. You’ll help uphold the Learning Center’s standards of excellence by ensuring timely, precise, and confidential administrative work. Thisis a Part-Time, Seasonal position Qualifications and Experience
- Ability to maintain professionalism in all aspects of verbal and written communication
- Able to research and gather information quickly
- Exceptional Excel skills, Word, Outlook, and accurate data entry
- Ability to organize and prioritize work tasks, handle interruptions while meeting deadlines
- A beginning understanding of financial safeguards and controls
- Strong organizational skills and ability to advance several projects simultaneously
- Detail oriented and accurate
- Ability to work without supervision
- Availability to work mid-week and/or holidays during the winter operating season
- Ability to remain calm in high pressure situations
- Reliable transportation for winter road conditions.
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Prior experience in snow sports or resort experience preferred
- Wage:$20.18 - $24.66 Hourly
