Security Officer - Armed Driver Patrol

Allied Universal - Up to $20.60/hour -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a transportation facility;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating with site leadership and first responders as needed;
Conduct regular and random armed patrols of buildings, rail operations areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify hazardous conditions;
Control access at gates and designated entry points by verifying identification, checking credentials, monitoring vehicle and pedestrian traffic, and directing visitors and/or contractors according to location procedures;
Complete daily activity logs and incident reports with accurate details, and communicate significant events to supervisors and/or client representatives in a timely manner
