A hospital-owned Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Clinic located in Northeast Oregon has an opening for an experienced Orthopedic Nurse Practitioner to join their Orthopedic Clinic staff. Join a team of 2 full-time physicians and 2 full-time advanced providers serving a local population of approximately 35,000 residents.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Generous compensation- $142,500+ depending on experience
• RVU production bonus opportunity based on annual threshold
• Quality incentives up to $12,500 annually

Job Details:

• Outpatient Clinic open Monday – Friday
• Provider schedule – Four 10-Hour days per week
• Growing and expanding Critical Access Hospital
• Recently completed a 96,000 sq. ftaddition that includes a new OR suite, housing 5 new ORs, 2 endoscopy suites (which can flex to 2 additional ORs), 15 pre-post-op rooms, and 7 PACUs
• Local University with Athletics Program
• Clinic located immediately adjacent to the main hospital in the Regional Medical Plaza featuring on-site x-ray suite with 1:1 medical support staffing.
• Full-time, permanent
• Epic EMR

Requirements:

• Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner Certification
• 1+ Years of Orthopedic experience as a provider
