• Patient Base:
  Pediatric care, Medicaid office with some PPO patients
• Work Schedule:
  
  4-5 days/week (35-40 hrs), no weekends

  Modern office with digital equipment

Compensation and Benefits:

• Income Potential: $200,000-$400,000
• Guaranteed Minimum: $900-1,100 per day (depending on experience) for 90 days
• Production Bonus: 25% of adjusted collections (based on experience) & 30% for pediatric specialty, including hygiene codes
• Additional Benefits:

• Long-term Employment:

• Relocation package: up to $5,000
• Student Loan repayment: $10,000/year for new grads

Candidate Requirements:

• Dental License: DDS or DMD eligible for or currently holding an Ohio dental license
