A rewarding opportunity is available for an experienced Registered Nurse with a focus in Home Health to provide compassionate, high-quality care in a rural setting. This full-time, 13-week contract position is based in a newly established medical center in Northeast Oregon, offering a modern work environment combined with the unique experience of serving patients in their homes, assisted living, or adult foster care settings.

Responsibilities include delivering comprehensive nursing care independently with minimal supervision. The role requires the ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while collaborating effectively with a team of clinicians. Patient visits will take place within the community, requiring reliable transportation.

Schedule &

Hours:

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Weekend rotation shared among five clinicians
• Typically not exceeding 40 hours per week
• Shift adjustment prior to weekends includes a day off on Thursday, working Saturday and Sunday, and then having Friday off following the weekend

Qualifications & Desired

Experience:

• Active RN licensure
• Minimum of three years nursing experience, preferably in Home Health
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Ability to work independently in a home health setting
• Own reliable automobile for patient visits
