An opportunity is available for an experienced Registered Nurse to provide home health care services in a rural Northeast Oregon community. This contract position offers day shifts with a predictable schedule, allowing for a balanced workweek while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to home health patients in a variety of settings including private residences, assisted living, and adult foster homes.
• Manage patient care independently with minimal supervision, ensuring adherence to care plans and documentation standards.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team and communicate effectively with patients and families.
• Maintain BLS certification and follow safety protocols consistently.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of three years nursing experience, preferably in home health care.
• Proven ability to work efficiently with limited direction.
• Must have reliable transportation to visit patient homes.
• BLS certification required.

Schedule/Hours:

• Full-time, day shift: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
• Weekend rotation shared with a team of clinicians (approximately once every six weeks).
• Rotation involves having Thursday off before the weekend shift and the following Friday off.
• Hours will not exceed 40 hours per week.
