Job Responsibilities:

NP/FNP:
The ideal candidate must have experience in providing care to children aged 2 and above. NP/FNP must provide their own Collaborating Physician. CP Agreement is handled by the vendor. Increase in the NP/FNP bill rate may be required to cover the CP fee. The CP fee can be paid by the NP or Vendor. NP/FNP must be licensed to cover autonomously.
