Registered Nurse – Home Health (RN
- Home Health).
Schedule
:
Full Time/Days. Supports Salem, Keizer, Turner and other areas as needed. $5,000 hiring bonus for eligible external hires who meet required qualifications. The RN is accountable for direct and indirect quality care for patients of all ages, following the nursing process and the Nurse Practice Act, under the direction of the Home Health Clinical Supervision and order of the physician.

Professional development is integral to this nursing practice. The position coordinates patient care activities with other members of the healthcare team in a collegial relationship.

• Education that meets certification, license or registration requirement.
• Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS – American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
• 1 year medical/surgical experience in an acute care setting.
• 2 years experience in acute care or community mental health setting for Mental Health RN work assignment.

• Recent Home Health experience.
• Hospice or Palliative Care experience for Palliative Care RN work assignment.
• Point of Care experience.
