Full Time – 2:30 pm to 10:45 pm Evening Shift (every other weekend) or 6:30 am to 6:45 pm (12‑hour, every other weekend)

Hourly rate (experience driven): $38.00 – $41.00/hr

Brothers of Mercy, Western New York’s largest 5‑Star Skilled Nursing Facility and one of the top‑performing nursing homes in New York State, is expanding our award‑winning Rehabilitation and Short Stay programs. We’re looking for dedicated registered nurses to support our patients and team.

• Planned nurse‑to‑patient ratios of 9 to 12 patients per nurse, reflecting our investment in quality work environments and exceptional care.

• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) under the direction of the Director of Nursing
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
• Deliver nursing care within scope of practice and aligned with facility policy and clinical standards
• Administer medication as prescribed by the patient’s physician
• Prepare for and facilitate physician rounds by flagging concerns and preparing documentation for review
• Monitor residents for changes in condition (e.g., confusion, fever, breathing difficulty, pain, appetite changes, mobility loss) and notify providers as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Must have a current/active CPR certification.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long‑term care setting is preferred but not required—we’ll invest in the right heart and mindset.
