Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a contract position in John Day, OR. This is a great opportunity for travel nurses or Oregon-based RNs who are passionate about rural healthcare and looking for a supportive team in a peaceful, close-knit community.



Position Overview

As a Registered Nurse, you’ll deliver hands-on care and clinical support to a variety of patient populations. You’ll collaborate with providers and fellow nurses to ensure the highest standard of care is provided in an acute or long-term care environment.



Key Responsibilities

• Perform assessments, administer medications, and monitor patient progress
• Respond promptly to changes in patient condition
• Document care accurately in EMRs
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and the care team
• Follow all facility protocols and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Active Oregon RN license (or compact license accepted)
• Current BLS (ACLS, PALS may be required depending on unit)
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in acute care or relevant unit
• Strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently in a rural hospital setting
