OPTI STAFFING IS HIRING!
Position: Racking, Assembly, and Wiring Technician
Location: Milwaukie, OR
Pay: $20 DOE
Schedule: Full-time, Day Shift

We're a local manufacturing team specializing in precision component work for a variety of industries. Our focus is on quality, consistency, and creating a supportive environment where hardworking individuals can grow their skills.
What You'll Do:
- Perform racking and unracking of small parts for processing and finishing
- Assemble and wire small components according to detailed specifications
- Use basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Inspect parts for quality and accuracy before and after processing
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Follow all safety and production procedures
- Consistent full-time hours

The Musts:
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work with small parts and follow precise instructions
- Reliable attendance and positive attitude

- Previous manufacturing, assembly, or electrical wiring experience
- Comfort using basic hand tools and small equipment
