We're looking for a focused, safety-driven Extractor who takes pride in precision work and thrives in a structured production environment. This is not an entry-level "just show up" role - it's a hands-on lab position that requires accountability, consistency, and attention to detail every shift.
ResponsibilitiesUnder the direction of the Lab Manager, the Extractor operates and maintains the MeP extraction system while supporting production schedules and maintaining strict safety standards. You will be responsible for running equipment according to established procedures, monitoring gas levels in the C1D1 environment, vacuuming down systems, and maintaining supporting equipment such as compressors, heaters, and chillers. You will also follow blast schedules, and ensure that every run meets company quality expectations.
Accuracy and documentation are critical. You will record production data, complete run sheets, and maintain detailed logs that support traceability and compliance. This role works closely with filtration and distillation teams to ensure smooth transitions between stages of production. As you grow in the role, you may assist with training new team members and supporting overall lab workflow.
Cleanliness is not an afterthought - it is part of the job. You will maintain a clean and organized extraction workspace, sanitize equipment before and after production runs, properly dispose of waste materials, and complete required cleaning documentation. A strong extractor understands that quality, safety, and sanitation go hand in hand.
QualificationsThis position requires someone who is dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working overnight shifts. You must be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, and perform physical tasks such as bending or crouching. Most importantly, you must be able to follow procedures closely while maintaining focus in a safety-sensitive environment.
The schedule is full-time, Monday through Friday, with evening, night, and overnight shifts required. This role is ideal for someone who prefers structured work, steady production goals, and clear expectations.
BenefitsWe offer dental insurance, vision insurance, and paid time off. If you're someone who values consistency, takes safety seriously, and wants to be part of a team focused on quality manufacturing, we encourage you to apply.
