KEITH Walking Floor Systems provide horizontal loading/unloading solutions for bulk materials, pallets, bales and rolls. The company’s state of the art production facility in Madras, Oregon operates using Lean Manufacturing practices. We are seeking high performance team members with a commitment to quality work with a positive attitude.

• Demonstrate capability in assembling finished and semi-finished parts.
• Able to read and comprehend blueprints.
• Able to operate required machinery in the area.
• Perform repetitive operations on required machinery.
• Responsible for checking completed parts to meet KEITH Quality Control standards.
• Light painting may be required.
• Meets agreed upon manufacturing goals on time.
• Other duties may be assigned.

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Able to communicate in English with team members (Speak and reading, writing ability required.)
• May be required to pass employer performance tests including pre-employment drug screening.
• Able to read a tape measure and pressure gauge.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future.

• Works in a Production Shop.
• Exposed daily to continual noise from machines.

• Able to sit or stand for 8 to 10 hours at a time.
