As an Industrial Facilities Cleaner, you'll be vital in maintaining cleanliness and safety across the facility, supporting operational excellence. You'll collaborate with production teams and facility management to uphold high standards and ensure smooth daily operations.

What You'll Do:
As an Industrial Facilities Cleaner, you will be responsible for:

• Performing thorough janitorial duties within the manufacturing facility to ensure it remains clean, safe, and compliant with safety standards.
• Conducting routine facility inspections to identify hazards, maintenance needs, and areas for improvement.
• Serving as a backup for pellet mill and packaging operators when needed to help maintain production flow.
• Assisting with preventive maintenance tasks to support equipment reliability and operational readiness.
• Performing miscellaneous duties as required to support overall facility operations.

What You'll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A high school diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years of experience in industrial or production environments preferred.
• Good hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for at least 7 hours per shift.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills are a plus.
• Basic math skills to handle operational tasks accurately.
