• Be a self-starter; ability to work independently as well as with other team members and management.

• Operate limited equipment safely and efficiently to maximize company returns (e.g., 200 HP or less tractors, small disc, mower, forklift, small dirt loader, skid steer, and trans load piler).
• Operate equipment with utmost regard for safety of self, others, equipment, and crops.
• Assist mechanics with repairs as needed.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Able to work alone or in a team environment.
