Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift
Location: Brooks, OR
Pay: $20-25+ DOE

Who We Are: We are a growing metal fabrication company serving a variety of industrial and structural projects. Known for quality workmanship and a strong team environment, we take pride in building durable, high-quality fabricated products and are looking to add skilled welders to our production team.

You will perform structural MIG welding on fabricated steel components, working from blueprints and welding symbols. This is a hands-on role involving fitting, welding, and finishing parts to meet quality and safety standards. Welders will work closely with fabrication and production teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and accurately.

• 2–3 years of MIG welding experience (structural welding required)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols
• Experience welding carbon steel
• Strong attention to detail and weld quality
• Comfortable using grinders, clamps, and fabrication tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude
• Reliable transportation
