CNC Mill Operator - Join The Ulven Companies in Hubbard, OR!
The Ulven Companies is seeking experienced CNC Mill Operators to join our skilled, safety-focused team. We will provide full training on our unique processes and products - your mill experience gets you in the door!
Pay: $23-$32/hour (based on experience)Shift: 6 AM 2:30 PM | Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities:Set up, operate, and monitor CNC mills to meet tight tolerances and specs.

Select/install/adjust tools, perform offsets, and troubleshoot with programmers/supervisors.

Conduct in-process and final inspections using precision tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).Maintain machines, follow safety protocols, and keep an organized workspace.

Record production/quality data accurately per our Quality Management System (QMS).
What We Need:Minimum 1 year experience operating CNC mills (Mitsubishi, Toyoda, Leadwell, OKK, Matsuura, and Johnford with Fanuc & Mitsubishi controls).We will train on our specific setups and products.

Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.

Experience with measuring tools and basic computer/data entry.

Mechanical aptitude, strong attention to detail, and commitment to safety.

Collaborative, dependable, and with effective communication skills.

Physically able to lift 50 lbs. (75+ with assistance), stand for shifts, and work in a manufacturing environment.

U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (ITAR compliance required).
