• Assemble and installmechanical, hydraulic, and electrical componentson heavy machinery and equipment.
• Read and interpretblueprints, schematics, and assembly instructionsto ensure proper installation.
• Usehand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instrumentsto complete assemblies.
• Performfunctional tests and quality inspectionsto ensure equipment meets specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolvemechanical, hydraulic, and electrical system issuesduring assembly.
• Followsafety protocols and company proceduresto maintain a safe work environment.
• Collaborate withengineering and quality teamsto improve assembly processes and resolve issues.
• Maintain an organized and clean workspace while adhering tolean manufacturing principles.

• Proven experienceas an Assembly Mechanic, Equipment Assembler, or similar role inheavy equipment or industrial manufacturing.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge ofhydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interprettechnical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
• Proficiency in usinghand tools, torque wrenches, and measurement equipment.
• Basic understanding ofwelding, machining, or fabricationis a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift50+ lbsand work in a physically demanding environment.

• Technical degree or certificationin Mechanical Assembly, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
• Experience working withcranes, forklifts, or large industrial machinery.
• Familiarity withLean Manufacturing and continuous improvement processes.
