As part of our expansion, we are strengthening our Audit & Assurance teams in Geneva or Lausanne and are looking for an Audit Manager (100%), available as soon as possible. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of national and international clients, lead audit engagements with a strong IFRS focus, and play a key role in shaping and developing our Audit practice.

• Lead and manage the audit of annual and consolidated financial statements of national and international clients in accordance with Swiss CO, Swiss GAAP FER and IFRS, with IFRS as a core and essential component of the role
• Take responsibility for complex and judgment‑intensive accounting topics
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise audit engagements (risk assessment, budgeting, timelines, quality reviews)
• Lead special audits such as capital increases, company foundations, and donor audits
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients on accounting, and reporting matters, providing pragmatic solutions
• Manage day‑to‑day client relationships and ensure consistent, high‑quality service delivery
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients throughout the year
• Supervise, coach, and develop audit team members across complex mandates
• Contribute actively to the development and growth of the Audit team at RSM Switzerland
• Apply and promote RSM’s methodology, tools, culture, and values, acting as a role model

• Swiss Licensed Audit Expert
• 6-10 years of experience in external audit, including 1-2 years in a managerial role, with exposure to both local and international clients
• Strong and proven IFRS expertise combined with solid knowledge of Swiss CO and/or Swiss GAAP FER
• Hands‑on experience auditing consolidated financial statements, including complex and judgment‑intensive accounting matters
• Proven ability to independently analyse, document, and challenge complex and high‑risk accounting matters
• Demonstrated experience managing international client portfolios and leading audit teams across multiple and complex engagements
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise, coach, and motivate audit teams
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in French, with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally in English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and commonly used business applications; experience with data analytics tools is a plus
• Proactive, reliable, and comfortable taking ownership and responsibility in a fast‑paced audit environment
