REGIONAL PRODUCT SUPPORT MANAGER - PARTS & SERVICE (MULTI-LOCATION)
Are you a proven leader driven by results? Are you looking for the autonomy to lead and shape a multi-location Parts & Service organization? This senior regional role oversees Parts & Service operations across five John Deere Ag & Turf dealerships in Northern Oregon.
Pape' Machinery, a premier John Deere dealer and one of the most respected capital equipment organizations in the West, is seeking a Regional Product Support Manager to lead Parts and Service operations across five John Deere Ag & Turf locations in Northern Oregon.
This role goes beyond a traditional parts and service manager position. It is a senior regional leadership role with broad authority, full Parts and Service P&L responsibility, and a direct impact on customer uptime, profitability, and long-term performance.
What You’ll Do:- Lead Parts and Service performance across five locations (Donald, Gresham, Hillsboro, McMinnville, and Salem).
- Own overall Parts and Service financial performance, including revenue, margins, and expenses.
- Lead and develop branch Parts and Service Managers and their teams.
- Set clear regional priorities and operating standards aligned with Papé and John Deere.
- Improve efficiency through labor management, inventory control, forecasting, and WIP discipline.
- Develop future leaders and strengthen the management bench.
- Partner with Sales, Precision Ag, and senior leadership to grow market share.
- Leadership experience in a capital equipment dealership or similar environment (Ag, Turf, Construction, Trucking, or related).
- Hands‑on experience running Parts and Service with real financial responsibility.
- Comfort managing budgets, forecasts, and operating expenses.
- A track record of developing leaders and improving performance.
- Strong communication skills with customers, teams, and leadership.
