• Partner with the Group Project Manager and/or Sr. Project Managers to develop actionable project plans and coordinate with account leads
• Lead internal meetings, establish goals and objectives, and ensure meetings stay on track
• Advocate for the workflow process and ensure clear direction is provided through action orders
• Maintain constant communication with teams and clients to meet expectations and deliverables
• Review and provide input on statements of work and identify best practices

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of 2 years’ direct experience in project management, including planning through execution and delivery
• Proficient in MS Office, including MS Project and/or an online project management workflow tool
• Experience in digital, print, and broadcast production
• Willingness to travel domestically and/or internationally, including overnight stays

• Experience in an agency setting
• Exposure to the pharmaceutical industry
