Commercial Janitorial Technician – Clackamas (Temp-to-Hire)

Pay: $18.50 per hour
Schedule: Part time, flexible days depending on account
Location: Clackamas, OR (two sites located close to each other)
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire, Permanent Ongoing Work

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail oriented Commercial Janitorial Technician to service two commercial properties in the Clackamas area. This is a long term, ongoing opportunity with consistent weekly hours and the potential to transition into a permanent role.

The ideal candidate is dependable, self motivated, and able to work independently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and professionalism.

Schedule Details

Account 1 (Two Shifts Per Week)

• Wednesdays: 3 hours, anytime after 4:15 PM
• Weekends: 5 hours

• Option A: Anytime after 1:15 PM on Saturdays
• Option B: Anytime on Sunday

Account 2 (One Shift Per Week)

• 5 hours, once per week
• Flexible on the day, but once chosen, the day must remain consistent each week

Both locations are very close to each other, making travel between sites convenient.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of commercial spaces
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust as needed
• Clean restrooms and restock supplies
• Empty trash and recycling bins
• Maintain equipment and cleaning supplies
• Follow safety guidelines and company standards
• Ensure each property is cleaned thoroughly and on schedule

Requirements

• Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliable transportation to Clackamas locations
• Must be dependable and consistent with attendance
• Able to lift, bend, and perform physical cleaning tasks
