As an Auto Insurance Trainee
, you’ll play a key role in driving business success. You’ll actively sell insurance solutions, hit performance targets, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This results‑focused role is ideal for someone with a competitive edge and a passion for personal growth.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Level 1 Insurance License is an asset – but not required

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, teammates, and auto dealership partners
• Actively promote and sell ICBC and private insurance products to meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
• Process a variety of auto insurance transactions, including renewals, new plates, transfers, cancellations, debt payments, and more
• Upsell and cross‑sell additional insurance products to add value for clients and drive performance metrics
• Support your branch by taking phone calls, managing administrative tasks, and restocking inventory

The expected salary range for this position is $40,000 to $45,000. The final compensation is based on skills, experience, working location, and business line.
