As the IT Project Manager, you’ll take the lead on a software implementation, ensuring the project stays on track, on budget, and delivers measurable results.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones for the system migration
• Act as the bridge between IT, vendors, and business stakeholders to align goals and expectations
• Oversee data migration, integration testing, and user acceptance processes
• Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to keep the project moving forward
• Track progress, report updates to leadership, and ensure project deliverables are met
• Provide post-migration support, documentation, and knowledge transfer

We’re looking for someone with a blend of technical understanding and strong leadership skills. Ideal qualifications include:

• IT Project Management experience, ideally in software implementation or enterprise system implementations
• Proven success with ERP, CRM, or servicing platform migrations
• Skilled in project management tools (Jira, MS Project, or similar)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
• PMP or Agile certification a plus
