We’re hiring a hands‑on Warehouse Technology Specialist to support warehouse execution technology — with a strong focus on RF scanners, device troubleshooting, and system integrations.
What You’ll Do:- Configure and support RF scanners (Zebra, Honeywell preferred) and Android-based handhelds
- Troubleshoot barcode scanning failures, device connectivity, and wireless issues
- Support MDM enrollment (e.g., Intune) and maintain barcode/labeling standards
- Troubleshoot Net Suite WMS transactions (inventory, bin management, wave picking, fulfillment)
- Monitor integrations (EDI, ecommerce, shipping systems) and resolve data mismatches
- Train warehouse users on scanning workflows and system best practices
- 1+ years of Net Suite ERP experience
- Experience supporting WMS and warehouse inventory workflows
- Strong hardware + transaction troubleshooting skills
- Comfortable working directly on the warehouse floor
