The Data Center Technician I provides hands‑on support for data center hardware and infrastructure, focusing on troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, and supporting daily operations in a mission‑critical environment.

• Troubleshoot and resolve data center hardware issues
• Install, replace, and maintain servers and related equipment
• Document procedures and technical issues
• Support basic system administration tasks, including remote support
• Execute small tasks independently and assist with larger projects
• Serve as an initial escalation point for junior technicians
• Follow detailed processes while working independently or with a team

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of data center or IT hardware
• Experience troubleshooting servers, racks, or network equipment
• CompTIA A+ certification (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and follow direction
