The rapidly expanding AI capabilities within Qualtrics Research require a visionary leader to bridge the gap between cutting-edge engineering and strategic market adoption. As a Director of AI Evangelism, you will manage a team of client-facing authorities and internal champions for our AI-powered solutions. You will be instrumental in translating complex technological advancements into compelling client value, directly influencing the strategic direction and vision of our AI offerings for market researchers globally.
Your expertise will accelerate innovation, ensuring our products deliver maximum insight, action, and revenue impact.
You will find success by leading a team that acts as the primary conduit between customer needs and the technical product roadmap, driving revenue through technical depth and strategic collaboration.
AI, Technology & Engineering Expectation- Strategic Influence & Vision:
Own creating customer-centered strategic vision for how our AI/ML and Generative AI (GenAI) solutions can transform their business. - Technical Translation:
Possess deep technical credibility to liaise directly with Product and Engineering teams. - Data Science Acumen:
Maintain strong command over the theory and practice of data science, including predictive modeling, explanatory statistics, and advanced statistical modeling. - Strategic Deal Support:
Provide critical support for key 7-figure strategic deals, engaging with CIOs, CTOs, and Engineering leadership. - Voice of the Customer:
Implement a disciplined process for listening to customer feedback and expectations regarding AI solutions, synthesizing pain points. - GTM Alignment:
Collaborate with GTM Revenue Operations to ensure that the AI strategy aligns with territory planning, customer health metrics, and overall customer journey analytics.
- Thought Leadership:
Establish yourself as a global expert, driving the development of new and innovative AI/Data Science offerings. - Executive Exposure:
Grow your ability to influence and manage relationships with external executives and senior internal stakeholders across the entire organization. - Product Impact:
Directly shape the product roadmap, seeing your vision transform into scalable, shipped features that drive client success and revenue growth.
- Manage with empathy a team of roughly 6-8 individuals at varying levels of experience and expertise.
- Proactively identify and champion new SKUs and service offerings that leverage emerging data science methodologies.
- Sponsor the translation of qualitative customer insights and market expectations into clear, scalable business requirements and functional specifications for AI-driven features.
- You and your team will serve as technical thought leaders and partners for strategic engagements and c-suite opportunities, demonstrating the value and technical defensibility of Qualtrics’ AI and data science platforms.
