- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams
- Bachelor’s degree in business/accounting, training, or technology
- Minimum of 2 years of software consulting experience
- Subject matter expertise in consulting principles, accounting practices, and construction project management
- High level of customer support experience and excellent communication skills
- Willingness to travel in North America for 3-5 day durations
- Experience in relationship-building, requirements gathering, and client management
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to anticipating risks
- Ability to present complex information effectively to diverse audiences
