• Respond to customer inquiries, performing problem evaluation, diagnosis, and resolution efficiently
• Provide complex application support and guidance to end users
• Coordinate project timelines with clients and third-party vendors
• Make recommendations to operational departments for potential solutions to problems or efficiencies
• Assist with training for users and team members

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Advanced knowledge of Windows operating systems, including XP, Vista, Windows 7, and Server-grade systems
• Minimum of 3 years of IT or medical experience required
• Minimum of 2 years of management or team lead experience required
• Willingness to work onsite at the employer's Owings Mills, MD office for a minimum of three days per week

• Experience in digital healthcare solutions or e-health initiatives
• Additional certifications related to IT or healthcare systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with project management methodologies
