• Manage qualified projects through coordination of internal ownership and alignment of stakeholders
• Serve as the central point of communication for customers, ensuring efficient navigation of services
• Champion customer service experience by overseeing resolution plans until initiatives are completed
• Facilitate communication and actions between internal teams during incident resolution
  
  Develop and execute program plans to ensure successful outcomes for critical accounts

• Minimum 10+ years of experience with strategic large enterprise customers, focusing on problem resolution
• Proven track record of creating cross-functional alignment and driving projects to completion
• At least 5 years of experience within the data networking industry, preferably with a telecommunications service provider
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage at all levels of the organization
• Self-motivated with a detail-oriented approach to both planning and execution

• Formal project management certifications such as PMI, PRINCE, or ITIL
• Experience with Contact Center or SaaS environments
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
• Proven excellence in communication and relationship-building skills
