• Design and implement strategies for integrating AI capabilities into healthcare systems

• BS/BTech (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 6 years of experience building full-stack web applications in a cross-functional team
• At least 3 years of experience with SQL or other database querying languages on large multi-table data sets
• 3+ years of experience acting as a trusted technical decision-maker in a team setting
• 3+ years of experience coaching other engineers

• Experience with AI/ML technologies and generative AI models
• Familiarity with healthcare compliance and security regulations
• Proven track record of designing multi-year technical visions
