- Provide support to Sales Engineers for technical issues related to demo content
- 5+ years of experience in technical support, system maintenance, or demo content management
- Strong expertise in Snowflake, including configurations, account management, and performance tuning
- Experience with CI/CD concepts and tools (Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI, Jenkins, or similar)
- Proficiency in Git-based workflows, including branching and managing repositories
- Strong SQL expertise, including complex query writing and performance tuning
- Hands‑on experience with Data Ops.
Live or similar data orchestration platforms - Experience in data engineering and developing data pipelines and transformations
- Hands‑on Python scripting experience for automation and system maintenance
- Excellent communication skills for creating technical documentation and support materials
