Associate Director, Medical Omnichannel Data Scientist

Job Responsibilities:

• Explore and analyze pharmaceutical data and integrate it from multiple sources to create a unified view of stakeholder interactions
• Implement advanced analytics models to generate actionable insights and track trends across various channels
• Design and deploy recommendation systems to enhance personalized communications with stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align and integrate omnichannel strategies
• Stay updated with emerging industry trends and develop strategic partnerships in omnichannel analytics

• Bachelor’s degree in data sciences, computer science, or a related field
• 4-6 years of relevant experience in data analytics and modeling
• Proficiency in scripting and implementing data analytics algorithms and models
• Excellent interpersonal, technical, and communication skills
• Demonstrated understanding of the machine learning lifecycle

• Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in the U.S.
• Hands-on experience with modeling and simulation software (e.g., Python, Matlab, R)
• Familiarity with machine learning/AI tools in life sciences
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in data-related projects
• Agile skills and experience in project management
