- Gather and analyze business challenges to identify and implement technology solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and configure new systems and enhance existing applications
- Conduct testing to ensure new systems are functioning correctly and troubleshoot any issues
- Maintain documentation regarding various processes and solutions while supporting ad‑hoc and strategic projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in a Business Systems Analyst role
- Experience in Power BI solutions design, DAX, SQL Queries, and SQL Server Reporting
- Proven ability to design and implement technology solutions for financial reporting
- Excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail
- CPA or MBA is a plus
- Knowledge of GAAP accounting and corporate finance concepts
- Experience in real estate and/or financial services sectors
- Familiarity with Oracle EPM and ERP software
