• Drive customer discovery and validate use cases to identify high-value customer problems
• Analyze product usage and behavioral signals to uncover automation opportunities
• Prototype and scope new agent concepts in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams
• Monitor agent performance in production by tracking key metrics and prioritizing improvements
• Document agent workflows and best practices for internal use and training purposes

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product, analytics, or technical customer-facing roles within SaaS or enterprise software
• Familiarity with LLMs, prompt design, or AI orchestration frameworks is a strong plus
• Proven ability to work independently on medium-scope initiatives and balance tradeoffs
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to gather data and propose data-driven solutions
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Experience with agentic AI applications or conversational AI technologies
• Background in a cross-functional team environment, collaborating with engineering and design partners
• Familiarity with customer engagement strategies and product marketing
• Knowledge of best practices for user experience and product design in AI applications
