ServiceNow Technical Account Manager Lead

• Promote and articulate the benefits of the Service Now platform to maximize ROI
• Manage and mentor a team of Business Analysts while ensuring delivery quality
• Provide expert‑level input on Service Now capabilities and integrations
• Partner with account leadership to identify opportunities for platform growth

• Strong understanding of the Service Now platform; architect‑level perspective preferred
• Service Now CSA certification required; CIS certifications are highly desirable
• Experience guiding clients through platform strategy or solution design
• Prior leadership experience is a plus; interest in managing Business Analysts is required
• Excellent communication and consultative skills

• Experience working with senior stakeholders in complex or regulated environments (Pharma/Life Sciences preferred)
• Strong aptitude for enhancing client relationships and driving platform adoption
