Software Engineer - Cloud Platform

• Design and implement cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform
• Automate provisioning and management of GCP resources, including Dataproc clusters and Dataflow jobs
• Deploy and manage real-time and batch data pipelines using Dataflow or Data Stream
• Monitor performance, reliability, and cost of cloud infrastructure and data solutions
• Collaborate with various teams to gather requirements and improve platform adoption through documentation and training

• 10+ years of overall experience in Dev Ops cloud engineering or data engineering
• 5+ years of experience specifically in Dev Ops, cloud engineering, or data engineering
• Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, including Dataflow, Data Stream, and Big Query
• Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Experience with Looker, Tableau, or Thought Spot administration
• Knowledge of real-time data streaming technologies such as Apache Kafka or Pub/Sub
• Familiarity with data orchestration tools like Apache Airflow or Cloud Composer
• Strong scripting skills for automation using languages like Bash or Python
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Cloud Monitoring, Prometheus, or Grafana
