• Develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with customers
• Create technical design documents and write code based on design requirements
• Customize products to meet customer specifications and integrate solutions with legacy systems

• Relevant post‑secondary qualification or substantial relevant work experience
• 1‑3 years of experience in ERP software implementations
• Experience in requirements gathering and business analysis
• Basic understanding of finance, supply chain, or manufacturing business processes
• Proven track record in delivering technical solutions and customer presentations

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (3+ years) in a software development role
• 5+ years of experience delivering customizations for ERP platforms, focusing on Finance and Operations
• 2+ years of experience designing and architecting ERP customizations
