• Partner with executives and teams to identify and design AI-driven automation opportunities
• Map, design, and prototype workflows using automation tools like n8n and Zapier
• Build and deploy automation pilots to enhance operational efficiency
• Teach teams to create and maintain their own automations, fostering AI fluency
• Collaborate with IT and Data teams to ensure secure and scalable automation solutions

• 3–6 years of experience in operations, process design, or automation within a SaaS or technology environment
• Proven ability to identify business challenges and develop effective automation solutions
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑native automation tools such as n8n and Zapier
• Strong knowledge of AI technologies, including large language models and workflow orchestration systems
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, comfortable working with executives and cross‑functional teams

• Experience driving internal innovation or transformation initiatives within a SaaS organization
