What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage the achievement of unit and revenue goals for assigned therapy products within the district
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet short and long-term business objectives
  • Train and develop employees in sales skills, product knowledge, and team management
  • Build and maintain ethical, long-term customer relationships while representing the employer
  • Coordinate sales efforts and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to team members
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience, or an advanced degree with at least 3 years of relevant sales and leadership experience
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to drive approximately 75% of the time within the assigned territory
  • Must be able to travel extensively by car and plane
  • Experience with sales and personnel management functions
  • Ability to lift 20 pounds and work in environments with radiation exposure
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Spine sales experience strongly preferred
  • Successful medical sales record, preferably with Neuroscience products
  • Knowledge of the assigned product/therapy customer base
  • Additional experience in marketing, training, or technical services
