Eugene, OR (US & Canada). Pella Corporation is seeking a motivated, self‑driven Outside Sales Representative to grow and manage customer relationships in a dynamic, field‑based sales role. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on independence, enjoys building lasting partnerships, and is driven to achieve results.

Base salary: $57,000 – $87,000 per year, plus uncapped commission. The role includes standard IRS mileage reimbursement, paid training, ongoing sales development, and a comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and more).

• Achieve sales goals by delivering tailored solutions and market expertise.
• Spend 50%+ of time in the field meeting with current and prospective customers.
• Build long‑term relationships with builders, contractors, architects, remodelers, and trade organizations.
• Develop new business through networking, referrals, and face‑to‑face meetings.
• Partner with customers to help grow their businesses and ensure high satisfaction.
• Represent premium, well‑known products backed by a trusted private company.

• 2–4+ years of outside B2B sales experience within prospecting and/or building materials or construction industry.
• Strong prospecting, relationship‑building, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of commercial building codes and blueprint interpretation preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
