Entry Level Marketing Assistant

As an Entry Level Marketing Associate, you will support our direct marketing and sales initiatives by representing our clients inside high-traffic retail environments. This role is ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy face-to-face interaction, building relationships, and learning the fundamentals of marketing, sales, and customer engagement. You’ll help increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and deliver a positive in-store experience.

This is an entry-level, immediate-hire position that is fully on-site in our Portland, OR office.

• Engage with customers during in-store marketing and promotional campaigns
• Represent client brands by explaining current products, services, and promotions
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer questions and needs
• Generate new sales through direct customer interaction
• Consistently work toward individual and team performance goals

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or marketing is a plus, but not required
