Overview

That 1 Painter is a fast-growing painting company established in 2011. We are looking for a Sales Professional/Estimator with charisma and the ability to transform client interactions into lasting relationships and deliver Unreasonable Hospitality.

As our Estimator, you will drive revenue and profitability within your territory, aiming to hit and exceed sales targets. You will assess costs, manage projects, and represent That 1 Painter’s commitment to quality and satisfaction throughout the client journey.

Key Role Highlights
  • Build strategic relationships and networks, including with realtors and property managers, to develop referral partnerships and generate new leads.
  • Conduct accurate and timely sales estimates both in-person and virtually, with follow-up actions to secure approval, including upselling additional services.
  • Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction by proactively addressing potential issues, resolving feedback effectively, and securing positive online reviews.
  • Oversee project management from start to finish, ensuring timely completion within budget, meeting client expectations, and maintaining quality standards.
  • Uphold company values by ensuring quality, integrity, and exceptional customer satisfaction in every interaction and project.
Hours

Full-time, Monday–Friday, with the flexibility required to inspire peak performance.

Compensation

$48,000 - $120,000+ / yr. Includes a $3,000 monthly draw and 7-8% commissions. Bonus opportunities may apply.

  • Two (2) years of sales or estimating experience is preferred, but not required
