Schedule:
Second Shift | Monday–Thursday (Over-time options on Friday)
3:15 PM – 1:45 AM | 40–50 hours per week
What You’ll Do:
- Perform MIG welding using standard tools and equipment
- Construct components and parts from standard materials
- Follow blueprints, specifications, and work instructions
- Ensure quality standards are met through accurate, timely work
- Support production goals and maintain a clean, safe work area
Qualifications
What You Bring:
- General knowledge of welding techniques and blueprint reading (preferred)
- Ability to use precision measuring tools (required)
- Willingness to learn through hands-on experience or on-the-job training
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
Physical Requirements:
- Frequent bending, climbing, twisting, and lifting up to 55 lbs
- Ability to install 60 lb spools of wire on welding equipment
- Occasionally lift loads up to 75 lbs
