• Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with management and safety leads to implement new safety methods.
• Lead safety loss prevention efforts.
• Ensure compliance and reporting for safety equipment and hazards (e.g., Fire Marshall reports, SDS reports, fire extinguishers).
• Provide safety leadership and recommend safety activities.
• Develop corrective action strategies.
• Manage investigations related to serious injuries and OSHA requirements.
• Advise on safety regulations and compliance to Safety Leads and management.
• Manage safety programs (e.g., safety boots, eyewear).
• Create OSHA-specific training aligned with policies and regulations.
• Partner with Safety Leads to ensure compliance with safety legislation.
• Develop and enforce safety processes and documentation.
• Analyze and report safety data and incidents.
• Prepare reports for regulatory agencies and insurance.
• Maintain and update the employee safety manual.
• Research and develop safety training programs.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Attend meetings and participate in training.
• Follow safety rules, policies, and professional conduct standards.
• Represent the company professionally in public.
• Participate in company-sponsored training to enhance skills.
• Maintain positive relationships with colleagues and management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in safety management, Business Administration, Environmental Sciences, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience/certifications.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of safety laws and regulations.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Safety Management systems.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Spanish.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid work authorization in the U.S. without sponsorship.
