ROLE DESCRIPTION: Ryan Paulson - State Farm Agent is seeking a motivated Producer capable of recognizing opportunities and converting leads into meaningful customer relationships. As an Insurance Account Team Member, you will utilize your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends to communicate effectively with clients, identify their needs, and recommend suitable products or services. You may also contribute to developing strategies and setting quotas for our agency.
