RoleSalesforce Administrator (or junior-level Developer)
What You’ll Do- Lead the initial Salesforce setup and buildout
- Review current sales processes and recommend tools, plugins, and workflow optimizations
- Configure automation, reminders, hierarchy, and data structure
- Centralize documents, proposals, contracts, and approvals inside Salesforce
- Support Phase 2 integrations, including invoicing workflows, integrations with Quick Books, helping shift production job costing and invoicing processes into Salesforce, and setting up inventory / SKU systems (manufacturing background highly preferred)
- Background in manufacturing or product-focused environments
- Experience with workflow automation, plugins, and integrations
- Strong ability to partner with business users and translate needs into solutions
- Extremely part-time / moonlighting-friendly
- Onsite ~4 hours per week for a few weeks to minimize disruption to the sales team
