Etnyre International is a growing, family-owned manufacturer of road construction and maintenance equipment. We are hiring a seasonal Human Resources Intern to support our HR team with administrative tasks, recruiting efforts, member engagement, and special projects that help shape an exception member experience.

This is a hands-on, high-engagement internship—not a paperwork-only role. As an HR Intern, you will gain meaningful experience across multiple HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, events, compliance, and member support. You'll collaborate with HR professionals and leaders across the business while helping create a positive and productive work environment.

• Assist with recruitment and onboarding activities, including job fairs, advertising, and new hire onboarding
• Participate in and help organize company events and member engagement activities
• Support HR projects such as leave administration, record retention, and file audits
• Maintain HR documentation and assist with administrative tasks
• Provide clerical support and perform other duties as assigned

• Currently pursuing and Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Exception verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities
• A team-oriented attitude with the ability to work professionally with intern and external stakeholders
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Some Bending and twisting is required. Routine duties will occasionally require lifting approximately 10-20 pounds (and periodically heavier loads).

All work must be performed in a timely manner, within established quality standards and in alignment with Company policies and priorities. The Individual in this role supports overall Company objectives—including adherence to policies, achievement of goals, and active participation as a contributing team member. Performance will be measured based on the duties described, accomplishments during the review period, and the methods and work skills used to achieve goals.
