Oregon Neurosport Physical Therapy is a therapist-owned private practice in Junction City, Oregon, looking for a dynamic, energetic, and motivated physical therapist. Our physical therapy clinic offers mentorship in Orthopedic Functional Manual Therapy and Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF). Patient diagnoses include, but are not limited to: general orthopedic injuries, sports injuries, post-surgical conditions, and neurological disorders.

We are looking for a physical therapist with good clinical reasoning skills who can efficiently devise a creative and effective treatment plan. Clinicians have 1-on-1 treatment time with patients. We operate in a positive, high-energy environment and are located 20 minutes from Eugene, OR. Junction City is near wine country and within driving distance to the Oregon Coast and Cascade Mountains.

Salary based on experience $76,000-$110,000

Responsibilities:

Evaluate and report on patients’ progress across the entirety of treatment

Devise detailed treatment and care plans specific to each patient

Communicate with referring providers/physicians as to the progress the patient is making

Assist administrative staff with billing and reporting inquiries

Assess patients’ condition(s) and exercise independent judgment

Utilize our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software to complete documentation in a timely and accurate manner

All documentation is completed according to regulatory and state licensure requirements and within professional standards

Meet the demands of the clinic's schedule and embrace role as a team player

Qualifications:

Licensed to practice physical therapy in the state of Oregon

CPR and First Aid certifications

Complete at least 30 hours of continuing education every two years.

+2 years of experience is preferable

New graduates are welcome to apply

Ability to pass a background check
