Sinnissippi Centers seeks to hire a youth focused Community Based Clinician. A Community Based Mental Health Clinician will provide individual, group, or family counseling in our community and Ogle County. The ideal candidate will have experience and willingness to work with children and adolescents, families, and those with higher acuity mental health needs. Our high acuity clients often need closer monitoring, more frequent interventions, and specialized treatment to stabilize their condition and keep them safe.
The position will be based in our Oregon, IL office with most services being carried out in our community and Ogle county. They will participate as a clinical staff team member in individual supervision and consult with peers when needed, perform necessary administrative tasks, and participate in agency community relations.
Objectives- Apply a trauma-sensitive, collaborative approach to clients' recovery
- Develop an individualized treatment plan for each client
- Document information which consistently supports diagnoses from clinical assessment and treatment plan
- Collaborate with colleagues as necessary to support treatment
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field required
- Master's degree preferred
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to different locations within Ogle County
- Proficient computer skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills - 2-5 years experience with mental health services preferred
- Reliable transportation

Salary: $59,116 - $68,870 (MHP/Bachelor's level); $62,071 - $72,468 (QMHP/Master's level)
